Returns Policy

RETURN

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order ship date in order to be eligible for a refund.


Eligible items can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


Please keep in mind that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 7–10 additional business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

We currently offer the option to exchange your item for the same style in a different size or color, free of charge. To be eligible for an exchange, you must initiate the request within 21 days from the original ship date.


All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Once your exchange request has been approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the original item back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship the new size or color of the same style to you as quickly as possible—at no extra cost.


Please note that we currently only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to receive a different style, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.
