Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM (excluding holidays) will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on orders $100+. If your order under $100, regular shipping fees $5.00 will apply. Standard delivery time is 7-12 business days by EMS.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the carrier. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service prior to placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order you just placed, please reach out as soon as possible to our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been processed, we do offer easy return and exchange once you receive the item.
